Said they were Blue Cross /Blue Shield. She said she wanted to know how satisfied I was with BC/BS. Kept asking about the doctors, the hospitals, the drugs. She mentioned Oklahoma. I have a Colorado phone number. She accidentally said California. That's where I was when I got my insurance. When I asked how long she was going to keep me on the line, she said it depended on my answers. I finally hung up and blocked the number.
